Chetendra Kumar – CEO & Founder
Chetendra Kumar brings over 25 years of leadership experience across Sales, Business Development, Project Management, and large-scale turnkey telecom delivery in India and international markets. As the CEO & Founder of NaxCFI, he drives the organisation’s vision, strategy, and market expansion across South East Asia and beyond. A seasoned telecom leader, Chetendra has deep expertise in BSS, Civil Works, and Fiber Project Delivery, having built and scaled high-performing teams across multiple geographies. His track record includes leading end-to-end operations, unlocking new revenue streams, and establishing sustainable business growth in emerging markets. Before founding NaxCFI, Chetendra held senior leadership roles with several global telecom and infrastructure organisations. As Chief Business Officer at Total Infratel, he led Sales, Business Development, and Organisational Development. Prior to that, he served as AVP – Sales & Operations at Zamil Infra.
Sheel Sarin – Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Sheel Sarin is a founder and the Chief Strategy Officer of NaxCFI, bringing over 27 years of deep expertise in telecom networks, service delivery, and large-scale transformation programs. As a core promoter of the organization, Sheel defines the strategic direction of NaxCFI—shaping its technology vision, delivery philosophy, and long-term growth roadmap. A highly respected leader in the telecom domain, Sheel specializes in RAN, Core, Transport, FTTx, and intelligent network operations, with a proven track record of accelerating network rollouts, improving KPIs, optimizing OPEX, and driving automation-led efficiency across complex environments. His strategic frameworks form the backbone of NaxCFI’s approach to execution excellence, customer-centricity, and innovation. At NaxCFI, Sheel leads:

Sasidhar Nerella– AVP – Business Development & Deployment
With over 20 years of experience in the global telecom industry, Sasidhar Nerella is an accomplished leader in network planning, design, OSP, management, consulting, and quality. He has successfully delivered projects for leading telecom giants worldwide. A Certified Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Professional from the FTTH Council Americas and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified expert, Sasidhar combines deep technical expertise with strong process excellence. His strategic leadership and commitment to quality continue to drive innovation and business growth in the telecom sector.
